The wrecks
You can find ancient wrecks all around the coastline of Turkey. They are all protected by law, with many being off-limits to divers. Others require that you're accompanied by a Turkish divemaster. Dive centres all offer divemasters as a mater of course. Many of the wrecks are over 2,000 years old so they've mainly disintegrated, however there are a lot of amphorae as evidence of their existence. The best sites are off Fethyie.
